These Terms govern the use of the ads4pros.com website and the contracting of growth advisory services (consulting, media management, CRM implementation, diagnosis) provided by ADS4PROS. By browsing the site or contracting our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are

2. Use of the site
The content of this site is informational. Cases shown in /cases are real but may appear anonymized due to NDA with clients. We do not authorize integral copy of texts, layout, or visual identity without written authorization.
3. Service contracting
Services are contracted via individual digital proposal issued at /proposta/[slug]. The proposal details scope, term, deliverables, and values. Formal acceptance occurs by filling and submitting the acceptance modal on the proposal itself.
4. Free diagnosis
The initial 60-minute video diagnosis is free and does not require contracting. Materials delivered during diagnosis (notes, priority plan) are for the prospect's exclusive use.
5. Cancellation and refund
One-time setup is non-refundable after implementation begins. Monthly fees have 30-day notice for termination. Partial refund is evaluated case-by-case when there is SLA breach on our side.
6. Liability limitation
ADS4PROS does not guarantee specific revenue or ROI results — we sell method and serious operation, not number promises. Estimates in proposals are projections based on benchmark and client data, not contractual commitment.
7. Jurisdiction
Courts of Cuiabá-MT, Brazil, for disputes arising from these Terms, except for prior mediation or arbitration.
