Privacy Policy

This Policy describes how ADS4PROS collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data collected at ads4pros.com, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018) and, where applicable, with GDPR.
1. Data we collect
We collect: (a) data you provide via contact form (name, e-mail, phone, company, revenue, message); (b) navigation technical data (IP, user-agent, UTM parameters, fbclid, gclid) collected automatically for traffic origin analysis; (c) functional cookies necessary for site operation.
2. Why we use it
To respond to commercial contact, qualify the opportunity, correctly attribute lead origin to acquisition channels, and continuously improve operations. We do not enrich via brokers nor do aggressive profiling.
3. Sharing
We share data strictly with: (a) Google (Gmail API, to receive your message); (b) Evolution API / WhatsApp Business (for internal notification); (c) Meta CAPI and Google Ads (for server-side conversion measurement, only when you consent to marketing cookies). We do not sell data.
4. Retention
Active prospect and client data: throughout the relationship + 5 years for tax compliance. Prospect data without closing: 24 months. Attribution data (UTMs, fbclid): 90 days in browser localStorage, configured in lib/tracking-attribution.ts.
5. Your rights (LGPD)
You can request at any time: access, correction, portability, anonymization, deletion, and consent revocation — just e-mail commercial@ads4pros.com with the request. We respond within 15 days.
6. Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies (session, anti-CSRF) are always active. Analytics and marketing cookies require consent. The cookie panel (in development) will allow granularity per category.
