When someone on your team replies from GHL, the message reaches WhatsApp with that person’s name in bold. You switch the name on or off for each team member, and anyone who would rather reply as the company just turns theirs off.

Do I need a new number?

No. You link your current WhatsApp, regular or Business, the same way you link WhatsApp Web.

How do I apply the code?

On the Stripe checkout page, click "Add promotion code" and type ads4pros. The price drops to $3.48 per month, forever.

Does my phone need to stay on?

It doesn’t need to sit next to your computer. Just open WhatsApp on it at least once every 14 days — that is WhatsApp’s own rule for linked devices.

Can I hide the sender name?

Yes. In the app’s Team tab, each person has their own "Show name" switch. When it is off, messages go out without the name.

Do group messages reach GHL?

Only if you want. It is off by default; each number can opt in to send group messages to GHL.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime, no fees. Just message us on WhatsApp or by email.
